A Wager…

I would wager £5 that we we will have a new government in the spring of 2009 and that the Prime Minister will be David Cameron. Not a situation that I would welcome except that we (Labour) are clearly unfit to rule and the Left are trying to restart class warfare – known as “political dementia”.

    Ha Ha !

You are probably quite right in your prediction. More importantly wise old hag, what are the numbers for this weeks euro lottery?

I don’t want to question your wisdom, but there is a third way. a worse way.

Brown resigns or is defeated, milliband becomes leader and PM and he wins the next election. Wow, what a horrifying thought.

Anyway failing you coming through with the euro million numbers, suggestions for a safe place to emigrate to would be much appreciated.

Lets hope David Cameron tells us what he is going to do before he gets into government, rather than just what is “broken”. We need solutions, ideas and commitment, not another speech.

    🙂

I dont think he is that dumb, there are not too many solutions knocking around atm that are not quite extreme, that never goes down well with the electorate.

Just some little ideas i expect, such as anyone with a knife gets 5 years. tighter caps on local government spending etc. nothing substanial.

I agree we need substance from Cameron. However, the Labour government is falling apart and I don’t think it has the substance to win an election.
I expect, Gary that you’re right about that.

Miliband couldn’t win an election. He’s too thin on the ground.
